Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom caravan. We are Neomi and Kelly, the proud owners since June 2024. We are not a business, but rather enthusiasts who take great pride in our stunning van. We frequently escape to Primrose for weekends with our families and want to ensure that you have an equally delightful experience.

Our caravan boasts a spacious decking area and comfortable seating. Our caravan is perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge, cozy lounge area, and modern amenities, which will make you feel right at home.

Alongside the Caravan is your own private parking space with private grass area for your little ones to play safely. 

This stunning holiday home is designed to residential specification and is equipped with gas central heating and double glazing. The contemporary open plan living area comes complete with comfortable sofas. The living area is well equipped with a Smart Screen TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. The patio doors lead out from the living area onto the decking area complete with rattan furniture. The main bedroom also features a 22inch TV and hair dryer. (Travel cot can be provided on request) 

This caravan is located on Primrose Field which boats a large, grassed area to the side. it is ideally situated for access to the main facilities on Primrose Valley.

The beach path is only a short walk away and offers easy access to the outstanding stretch of Filey beach.

1. Just a friendly reminder that we are a non-smoking and non-vaping accommodation. Please be advised that failure to adhere to this policy may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, we do not allow pets on our premises.
2. To secure your booking we require a £100 security deposit to secure your dates.
3. Please be reminded that the security deposit is only refundable within 14 days after booking. After this period, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. By submitting the security deposit, you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions which are sent out at the time of booking.
